North Central Zone Cultural Centre (NCZCC)

In the same sequence, NCZCC was established as a Society registered under the Societies Registration -1860 on 11.3.1986 with its registered office at Allahabad.

The objective of setting up of ZCCs was to cut across territorial boundaries and to reach the larger identity of cultural relationship and commonality, to provide facilities for creative development of arts and literature with special emphasis on folk and tribal arts. The Zones were, on the one hand, to emphasise separate identity of the States in their Zones, and also to bring out the cultural kinship between the States.
